Zeta s platform is in use by 3 million users and by financial institutes across 4 countries.Background of the positionZeta Saas, when implemented locally in a new market, is not a one size fits all product and needs to be customized for each client s needs and requirements. As a Director of Product, you will- Build world-class Enterprise SaaS Products and ensure mass adoption in India as well as other territories. Conceive, Define, Pilot, Launch and Grow new Products within the realm of Enterprise Payments- Get to a 10x increase in the number of Beneficiaries on the platform in India in a span of 5 years. Grow the adoption of the Product by the Corporates across sizes and industries and also grow the adoption of the Product within an Organization to 100% of the Employee base of the Organization.- Make the Product scalable and configurable and ensure adoption across various geographies. Make the Product live across 30+ Countries and get close to 30 million Beneficiaries onboardYour primary responsibilities include :* Leading a team of Product Management professionals* Work with the product managers and product marketers to develop, maintain, and articulate the vision and roadmap for the products* Interface and proactively manage requirements from stakeholders to help build a short-term and long-term product strategy and roadmap that delivers a winning product portfolio across customer segments* Influence a cross-functional team across product, engineers, design, marketing, and business to scale the platform across the global market.* Develop product and go-to-market solutions across verticals* Define and track KPIs for the Product team, set Quarterly and Annual OKRs in alignment with the Business teams* Discover Problem - Research existing demand, explore the problem space and identify valuable, usable and feasible solutions to problems using primary and secondary research* Define Vision - Research and set a vision to the product aligning with the company s goals* Team building - Build a small but effective PM team for shipping the features in the roadmap and driving adoption and growth of the Product* Execution - Influence all key Product decisions and Solutions, prioritizing requirements and mapping solutions to user needs* Evangelise - Get passionate and dogmatic about your product. Educate the broader team from sales to business development to marketing to developers to operations about the product, its vision and its impact* Define Action Plan/Roadmap - Switch gears and build an action plan to take your product from ideation to fruition through incremental improvements and iterative development* Monitor metrics - Track and monitor crucial business and product metrics and user data that move the needleWho should apply for this role The ideal candidate will also be characterized by the following attributes:* Product thinking and product vision* Excellent problem-solving skills- Analytical thinking- Structured/Strategic thinking- Logical reasoning* Scrappiness* Excellent people skills* A mindset to be hands-on and lead from the front* Process-oriented* Bias towards action and outcome* Orientation towards metrics and data* Deep Product thinking and User Experience freak* Ability to work under ambiguity with an uber calm head* Good Business acumen* Loves the challenge of independently running with the products* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsBackground and experience :A track record of:* Formulating product strategy factoring industry trends, competitive positioning, market, etc., and defining the product vision, roadmap, go-to-market strategy* Building and shipping high-quality technology products owning the process end-to-end* Adapting to complex situations with an incessant focus on business goals* Prior Experience in shipping B2B/B2C products and user growth* Prior experience in managing and mentoring direct product reports* Prior experience with the banking and/or payments and/or Employee Benefits landscape is a huge plus* A background in technology that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs making informed choices with minimal inputs from engineering* A previous entrepreneurship experience is a huge plus* Engineer (preferably IT, CS): 2006-2010 pass outs* MBA preferred* 12+ years of total experience with 7+ years of Product Management experience across levels,
