Job Description

    Industry - Semiconductors / ElectronicsCategory - IT & Systems Job Type - Permanent- We are looking for a Product Leader who will be responsible to drive product roadmap, product strategy and product vision. This is a senior leadership role with very high global visibility.Client Details :Our client is one of the leading players in the semiconductor industry with revenues in excess of USD 8 Billion.Description :- Drive product roadmaps and strategies and enhance vision of existing products to meet target applications and customer requirements. - Ensure the implementation of the plan established for each product.- Facilitate review of market, technology, and competitive trends, leading to development and review of product strategies / roadmaps and organizational priorities.- Play a role as a central resource for design, manufacturing, quality, testing, marketing and distribution in the product life cycle.- Instruct the people involved in the design, modification and evaluation of a specific product or group of products at all stages.- Develop and implement long-term plans for cost / profit control- Promote the use of new technologies and leading trends in the industry- Hire, train, and advise to build a world-class product team- Define and institutionalize new processes to increase efficiency, use synergies, and promote organizational maturity- Become a change agent, promote process excellence, Product ownership, responsiveness to customer issues, and lead by exampleProfile :- Familiar with one or more semiconductor equipment series, whether it is deposition or etch- Exposure to customer fabs and an experience in leading a team of process/application engineers/product managers/R&D engineers.- Possess extensive experience in ones own function and a fair understanding of other functions within the organization- Excellent collaboration and communication; form cross-functional partnerships to achieve successful execution- Able to communicate complexity at a higher level to persuade different points of view.- Able to convey clear information and value propositions with concise and clear guarantees.- Able to solve unique and complex problems- At least 10 years of experience with an engineering degree, a masters degree or a doctorate is an added advantageJob Offer :- Opportunity to be a part of global leadership and work on cutting edge technology- Opportunity to enable strategic decision making for a global companyTo apply online please click the Apply button below.
