Job Description

1. Lead the strategy, design, implementation and review of projects and put in systems to effectively monitor, and track the initiatives planned under the roadmap2. Prepare strategic roadmaps and implementation plans with goals and milestones3. Set up project management processes and guidelines and ensure that all activities are driving towards the defined goals4. Work closely and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (NGOs, implementation or research partners, Senior bureaucrats and Govt. stakeholders, etc.) co-create and implement solutions, and build their capacity5. Strong focus on data analysis, synthesis, reporting and communication of findings to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis6. Development of annual / quarterly goals, detailed budget planning, leading operations, implementation and ensuring timely reporting7. Lead the team, attract, hire and retain talent, and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive work environment 8. Mentor and motivate team members, and build in capacity building mechanisms for their growth and development,
