We are taking on significant business and technology transformation efforts to continuously raise the bar on agility, efficiency, and innovation.What You ll DoWe are looking for a Director of Engineering at our Bangalore, India site to expand and evolve the team into an innovative multi-cloud transformation powerhouse, while raising the bar on automation, operational excellence and agility. This position reports into the Sr. Director, Engineering for Supply Chain. You will be inspiring and leading a growing team with technical systems engineering, software development and Supply Chain domain expertise, that is at the beginning of a large cloud transformation effort. Build a solid architecture foundation enabling transformational capabilities, and stay current with industry leading technologies and practices.Who You ll Work WithYou will partner globally with Solutions management and Engineering peers, as well as business stakeholders in Supply Chain and Customer Experience. Network and partner with site leadership to develop local talent and drive employee engagement.Who You AreRequired
• 12+ years of combined implementation/development and management experience in ERP(onprem or SaaS) systems, integrations, data engineering and custom applications using industry standard technologies at scale.
• 5+ years of managing IT and/or software development organizations of over 30 employees. Ideally, some experience managing a team of managers.
• Proven track record of success in hiring and team building, delivery of large and complex engineering projects with tangible and stellar business outcomes
• Experience negotiating and managing System Integration(SI) partner contracts, SLAs, and relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to influence, interact, and present at executive level
• Ability to use collaborative relationships to drive towards success
Preferred
• Experience and/or familiarity with supply chain business process, such as Product Lifecycle Management(PLM), Planning, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Quality
• Understanding of end to end system architectures that support supply chain.
