Eventually, these large gated communities and townships will house over 10,000 families.Eligibility : Preferably a CA or CFA/MBA /CA Articles who have cleared both groups of IPCC and who are at their completion of the second year of articleship also can apply.No of position:2Financial Modelling : Creation of excel models with an accuracy of the output. Data Sourcing & Analysis : The candidate is expected to show initiative & drive in data sourcing analysis & a high level of awareness of the Real Estate sector. The ability to come to conclusions from the data is an essential requirement.Analytical Skills : A sound understanding of analytical principles & financial conceptual understanding is required. The ability to translate the understanding to real-world situations & financial modelling skills are essential.Identification of new markets/segments : The candidate must spend time visiting new markets/segments & existing markets/segments to get a better understanding of the same which will translate into better real-world financial modelling.Work Location : Divyasree Chambers - Bangalore.Work days: 5 days a week.,
