    • Prepare, distribute and store accurate and timely Customer and Supplier documents for projects, as per the company s/project s procedures and ensuring effective version control and status tracking.
    • Are responsible for:
    • the setup of project and tender structure for document storage.
    • ensuring that project documentation is collected, compiled, printed, and sent to the customer.
    • that Sub Supplier documentation is received on time and distributed to the projects.
    • the support of the PDC & xECM.
    • supporting the tender team with the correct documentation cost.
