Job Description

    .Net LeadExperience
    • 8 + years (Ideally between 8 to 12)
    Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
    • Strong knowledge of .NET or .Net Core web framework such as ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core
    • Exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript, Angular or React or Vue
    • Good exposure to SQL & Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core
    • Skill for writing reusable libraries
    • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns (Factory Pattern, Singleton Pattern etc)
    • Familiar with multi tier architecture and Dependency Injection (Repository Pattern, Autofac etc)
    • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as TFS or GIT.
    • Experience architecting systems with a microsoft technology stack
    • Experience working with teams, conducting code reviews
    Good To Have
    • Exposure to Cloud providers like Azure and have used services from Azure like App Services, Blob Storage, Azure functions etc.
    • DevOps - Continuous Integration and deployment against TFS, Github
    • Familiar with Dockerization and Microservices
    Communication Skills:
    • Effective communication in English is a must as there will be direct discussions with clients.
    • Have managed and mentored resources under them
    • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams through effective communication and established credibility
    • Work with business stakeholders to provide high level estimates for planned or proposed feature
