Job Description

Work on front and rear axle, transfer case, propeller & side Shaft of Cars, Van.
Work on engineering change management by using Daimler tools like SAMARGD, DIALOG,ACM & SRM
Work on e-differentials design and concept
Work on packaging of driveline components internal and external, at vehicle level
Work on theoretical calculations and tolerance stack up.
Work on 3D model and drawing of driveline components
Work on variant management of drivelines
Work on VA-VE project for driveline
Work with supplier integration and development for driveline
Maintain the CAD data with SMARAGD (Engineering Client).

Qualification :- Bachelors in Mechanical /Automobile/ Mechatronics
Experience in driveline design & development
Experience in 3D model and 2D of driveline components.
Experience in engineering change management
Experience in packaging of driveline system at vehicle level
Knowledge of various vehicle layout,
Knowledge of manufacturing process like casting, forging, sheet metal forming.
Should have knowledge about Team Center and knowledge about SMARAGD (Engineering Client) will be added advantage
Should have good knowledge about Forging, Casting and various machining process
German Language is added advantage
