Job Description

    • Experience in Powertrain / Vehicle core functions and good knowledge in Powertrain ECU Sw development life cycle
    • Model Based Development skills.
    • Scripting knowledge in Python/ M-scripting.
    • Good Embedded C programming skills
    • Functional and SW development covering Functional Safety requirements
    • Expertise in CAN communication, SAE j1939 standards, Diagnostics communication Sw development in Automotive domain
    Desired Key Skills:
    • Experience in powertrain domain of ECU development.
    • Good understanding of complete ECU development cycle.
    • Experience in hardware debugging and setting up ECU diagnostic Test Bench set-up s and HIL setups.
    • Automotive Basic Domain Knowledge.
    • Good communication skill and good team player
    Testing & Tools Hands On :
    • Polyspace / Reactis / URT/ TPT / TESSY for Unit Testing
    • MIL / SIL testing methods.
    • Model based development tools like Matlab-Simulink, Stateflow or ASCET.
    • SW Integration Build (Compilers HighTech/Tasking/Windriver)
    • Embedded Coder, TLC & M-Scripting.
    • SW Integration Build steps & processes.
    • Test Script writing- CAPL, Python, ruby
    • Knowledge on SW Configuration Management PTC Integrity.
    • Knowledge on Vector tools like Vector Geny(Canbedded), CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, CAN Conformance and Diagnostic services testing would be added advantage.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • MBD Verification & Validation and Integration of Control functions for the powertrain control unit ECU (SIL/Time Partition Testing).
    • Toolchain development & Scripting for Embedded coder.
    • SW Build & Integration toolchain management.
    • Sw verification (Runtime error analysis using Polyspace, MISRA standards and Code coverage)
    • CAN communication and diagnostic communication software implementation for powertrain ECUs.
