Job Description

Web AdministratorJob DescriptionThe job includes working with various technology teams, developers, vendors, and management of new hardware and operating systems infrastructure. The Engineer will be responsible for administration of IR360 to monitor integrated products including Apache, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere/Oracle WebLogic /Tomcat/JBoss Application Servers, IBM BPM, IBM WebSphere MQ, HTTP server and TC server.Technical Expertise required:

  • PRIMARY Skill: IR360 Administration that includes installation, configuration, enable/disable monitoring, Tomcat/Oracle WebLogic
  • Secondary Skill: WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ, IBM BPM, TC server
  • Must have working experience on Enterprises with huge Web Infra Structure efficiently
  • Must have extensive hands-on Java/J2EE development and IR360 Administration.
  • Must have knowledge in Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat and JBOSS Application Server on administering, clustering, application deployment, JMS and Security concepts.
  • Must have knowledge on Apache, Oracle, DB2 and Tomcat webservers.
  • Must have good hands on experience working with different OS including Sun Solaris, Linux, Windows, HP Unix and AIX.
  • Must have working exposure in ITIL model of service support and primarily into Problem Management and Incident Management.
Experience and Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary Skill: IR360 Administration
  • Secondary Skill: IBM/Oracle, Sun, IPlanet/TC server products.
  • Need to be Responsible for setting up the Enterprise Web Apps to IR360.
  • Need to Responsible for Administration, Monitoring, Statistical Reporting, User Auditing, Synthetic Messaging.
  • Need to configure Internal and External Services.
  • Need to configure Alerts to Lines of Business.
  • Need to be responsible for Monitoring Alerts Can Be Propagated to any 3rd Party Products.
  • Need to Involve in troubleshooting, debugging, providing workaround & to report issues.
  • Need to have knowledge on the Solution That Gives Control to Users
  • Need to Generate SSL keys and to do cert renewals.
  • Need to have knowledge on Self Service & Delegated Administration.
  • Need to maintain to Monitor an 100s of Application on multiple Servers .
Other Mandatory Requirement:
  • Should be ready to work in any shift including Night shift
  • Should be ready to work during weekend (SAT and SUN)
  • Should be a good team player
  • Capable of handling escalation independently.
