PurposeWe are looking for an eLearning Consultant who is eager to help us shape how we deliver digital training inthe company. Our new eLearning Consultant will work in close collaboration with the functional lead for digital learning and be a vital role for executing digital learning strategy. Your tasks will primarily be centered around designing, building and revising eLearning courses that will be offered to the entire Organizations staff, which is 11.000+ employees. We are going to build everything from 5 minutes quick how-to-guides to large and complex 1 years blended learning courses.We have a lot of exciting project revolving around digital learning and we are only getting started which means you can have a big impact on how we are going to do it. As digital learning is still maturing inOrganisation you need to thrive in a collaborative work environment with multiple stakeholders and sometimes a tight deadline.Key Responsibilities:Transform traditional training materials from ex. PowerPoint, PDF, etc. into engaging eLearningCollaborate with different subject matter experts to transform their knowledge into training materialsCollaborate closely with the functional lead of digital learning on building a global learning communityAdvise, train, and assist other employees inthe company to build their own eLearning coursesOwn multiple courses and be responsible for the quality improvement, enrolment of employee groups, and governance.Education and ExperienceA relevant graduation within; learning, HR, journalist, teacher, digital learning or similarKnowledge, Skill and CapabilitiesExcellent English skills both written and verbal5+ years work experience with digital learning in global organizations3+ years designing, building and evaluating eLearningSuper user of Articulate Storyline and RISEExperience with working in Learning Management Systems (Workday is big advantage)Video editing skills is not a requirement but an advantage
