Job DescriptionOverall Responsibilities:Responsible for Architecture and design of features and tooling, related to FOTA updateResponsible for reasonable re-use of FOTA modules between the programs. Responsible for the component roadmaps with a corresponding forecast, incl. identification/collection/ evaluation of new feature areas and innovationsGive technical direction to team on arriving at a robust solutionDecision making on project priorities, conflicts and requirementsDrive innovation culture and look for new tool and technologies to be incorporated into the product developmentParticipate in technical review meeting and effectively communicate with end customerEstimate new work and technically involve in project proposalTake lead in demonstration activities for new technology introduction such as board bring up.Mandatory Skills:Good hands-on expertise in C++, OOAD, Design PatternsHands-on experience in Android middle ware and Framework design and developmentAble to understand system in addition to software.Expertise in System documentation and Design via UML and EAKnowledge of ALM toolsKnowledge of Linux OS internals like Socket Programming, Shell Scripting and TCP/IP, IPv4/6, UDPUnderstanding and familiarity with Google Test frameworkHands on working with various target architectures (ARM, X86)Desired Skills:Domain and System knowledge on Car Multimedia/Infotainment productsGood work experience in Design and Development of FOTA Systems (FUMO, SCOMO)Knowledge on ARM, Free-scale based systems, Intel Atom, Renesas based systemsKnowledge of Open Source developmentVersion Control Systems Clear Case, Continuous Integration tools like JenkinsGood hands-on expertise in Python programming languages.Version Control Systems - git, and Debugging using GDB, JTAG,
