Job Description

    Job DescriptionResponsibility
    • Develop and maintain efficient REST APIs using Python for enabling software testing on virtual hardware simulation platform
    • Understand the existing Test Farm solution and contribute for the enhancement of the same
    • Understand the existing Test Automation framework and contribute to enable test automation execution in the virtual hardware simulation
    • Understand the technology and develop a framework for emerging requirements for test farm /remote infrastructure systems within the infotainment domain.
    • Lead efforts to improve efficiency in testing processes through Robotic Process Automation solutions
    Requirements
    • 3+ years extensive experience in Python.
    • 2+ years experience in the development of server and client-side RESTful APIs (preferably Tornado)
    • Practical knowledge of Jenkins and source code management tools (like Git)
    • Basic knowledge of automotive infotainment domain is desirable but not mandatory
    • Proven experience as a self-starter and solutions provider on short timescales.
    • Knowledge of design patterns and ability to maintain medium-sized codebases is desirable.
    • Practical knowledge of Docker containers is an added advantage
    Good to have:
    • Hands on experience in Python tornado, Pydantic, Uvicorn and FAST API
    • Robot Framework knowledge
    • CI/CD pipeline for software development
    • Working Knowledge of virtual hardware technologies and software in the loop systems (SIL, FMUs)
