Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Embedded design function and be able to work with a range of architectures from custom designed boards to open source frameworks like Raspberry Pi/ Nvidia Jetson/ Coral development Board
  • Design software architectures to interface and control multiple functionalities including motion control, optical sensing, and display boards, image sensing.
  • Develops software solutions from established programming languages or by learning new language required for specific project.
  • Design Edge device for AI, ML, and image processing application.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Have a strong understanding of firmware design and development.
  • Familiarity with Python
  • Experience building products based on Nvidia/Raspberry Pi/Arduino and other open-source electronic boards and architectures
  • Have demonstrated skills or familiarity with motion control, sensors, image processing and display units
  • Linux application development for embedded products
  • Project experience on SoM
  • Good to have: IoT knowledge / Linux device driver / deep learning
  • Knowledge of the following disciplines is preferred: Display (Pixel processing/composition, MIPI DSI, HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.)
