Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for Engagement Manager - exp in Integration technology like TibcoRoles & Responsibilities :-
    • Must Have (Top 3 skills): Development project experience; client stakeholder management, people and risk management
    Strong Project Management experience [5+ years experience] preferably with Development and Java Web services / applications- Strong communication & presentation skills- Exposure to change management and release management process- Working expr on Core Java, OOAD Design Patterns JDBC, SQL, J2EE, Spring, Struts, HibernateGood to have: - Manage Project Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality and Resources- Workly closely with Teams on planning and tracking and reporting- Ensure change requests are submitted in a timely manner for client approval,- project issues / risks are documented and shared with the Client proactively- Responsible for creating project plan, tracking all development requests / change projects and meet the timelines.- Track the Project work effort on a regular basis and communicate any variance to the portfolio manager. - Responsible for preparing/sharing weekly status reports with Clients.- Track SIT, UAT and Post production defects for each release / Project and work with teams to prepare / Track a plan to improve quality of deliverables.- Capacity/Sizing- Maintain the Capacity of the java application infrastructure, provide inputs to keep it optimal.- Provide timely feedback on team members.
