Job Description

    • 15+ years of experience in IMS, VoLTE, 4G/5G of Telecommunications Networks
    • 10+ years of experience with Agile frameworks and techniques such as SAFe, Scrum, Lean Start-up and Continuous Delivery.
    • 8+ years of experience in directly leading teams building Telecommunication Software products
    • Experience with Cloud Native, Microservices, Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm and Open Source Integration
    • Possess the following Agile Leadership traits :
      • Business-minded and passionate about getting people aligned towards a common goal.
      • Flexible and pragmatic about methods and processes, so as to be able to use own judgment to apply the appropriate model and approach that fits best with the context.
      • Possess a deep understanding of agile and lean thinking
      • Provide strong leadership and guidance, without become a bottleneck.
      • Ability to get people inspired and rallied around a higher purpose.
      • Servant leader who can enable self-organization in large cross-functional efforts, and how pull-based scheduling works in practice.
      • Ability to deal with uncertainty, accepting that uncertainty is a fact of life when innovating, and manage uncertainty through a tight feedback loop rather than detailed upfront planning.
      • Team player with proven ability to work in diverse team environment to achieve stiff and challenging targets
    • 15+ years of experience in Telecommunications Networks domain
    • 10+ years of experience with Agile frameworks and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Start-up, and Continuous Delivery.
    • 8+ years of experience in directly leading teams building Telecommunication Software products
    • Exposure to Operability and Serviceability area
    • Possess the following Agile Leadership traits :
    • Business-minded and passionate about getting people aligned towards a common goal.
    • Flexible and pragmatic about methods and processes, so as to be able to use own judgment to apply the appropriate model and approach that fits best with the context.
    • Possess a deep understanding of agile and lean thinking
