Job Description

    • Experience in leading high performance teams
    • Experience in planning and building infrastructure software
    • Lead technical discussions and build consensus in a cross functional team setting
    • Experience in leading Agile teams and explore to Agile practices
    • Use problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that resolve complex and challenging problems for customers
    • Understanding on Service provider deployments.
    • Results oriented with a high degree of accountability, dedication and responsibility
    • Strong written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
    Technical Expertise/Ask :
    • Lead software development teams that design, develop router infrastructure software and execute on new hardware
    • Collaborating with the customers various phases of product development ensuring product quality from planning
    • Plan and execute software development for New Product Introductions (NPI) working with a broadly aligned cross functional team.
    • Drive a world class team that is deeply rooted in a culture of diversity and inclusion delivering excellence to the customers
    • Drive continuous Improvement and Transformation with quality, agility & customer success as the pillars for success
    • Collaborate effectively with teams and customers across geographies and manage partners.
    • Good Understanding of Service Provider technologies and architecture
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • BS/BTech/MTech/MS degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline such as EE/CS/ET combined with 10+ years of related experience in Software Development
    • Excellent problem solving skills, familiarity with Linux, Device Drivers, C Programming and modern software tools and techniques for development/debugging and solid software design and development skills
