    • Lead a team of skilled engineers to build desktop and web applications using Agile methodology.
    • Be comfortable with details and when required be hands-on to make sure the delivery expectations are met. Participate in architecture, design and code reviews and all Agile ceremonies.
    • Organize the team and implement development processes to continuously deliver on time with high efficiency.
    • Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meets/exceeds business customer, and technical requirements.
    • Engage with appropriate cross functional stakeholders at other SCIEX sites, technical leaders and executives to communicate projects status, bring up issues, and guide and influence strategic decision-making
    • Provides overall people-care management for direct reports, including, hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development.
    • Readily accepts responsibility and accountability for project success and key decisions.
    The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • At least 5+ years of experience leading product software development teams using Agile methodology.
    • 12+ years of experience with full cycle application development (Full SDLC experience: architecture, design, development, delivery, etc.) and proven leadership in delivering high impact programs.
    • Strong Computer Science fundamentals (design patterns, data modelling, TDD & BDD approaches)
    • Good experience(hands-on) in Desktop applications development (C#, .NET).
    • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skill.
    • Proficient in time management & stakeholder management.
