Job Description

    Job DescriptionNeed QM support to handle service projects in Healthcare, Automation, Big Data and newer technologies like AI, ML and Block Chain etc. He/She should be available for 100% and fulfill the requirements of a SW-EPQ.Refer link for more details: https://proview.apac.bosch.com:8443/pkit/go/pelement.do id=73361&type=RolePre-requisites:
    • Proficient in application of specific Q-methods and processes (as defined in ProView), data acquisition and visualization
    • Good knowledge in project management (planning and tracking, risk management, etc) including know-how on handling of RBEI tool chain used for Project Management activities.
    • Knowledge of process reference models and standards (e.g. ISO, CMMI)
    • Knowledge regarding compliance and relevant requirements.
    • Internal Quality Auditor Qualification (as per ISO 9001), preferable
    Key Characteristics Take responsibility: You will act in the Engineering Product Quality (EPQ) for services projects in Healthcare, Automation, Big Data and newer technologies like AI, ML and Block Chain etc.Reliable implementation: You will identify, avoid and escalate risks concerning product/service quality.Think holistically: You will demand the planning, application, tracking and reporting of the preventive quality assurance measures during the product/service lifecycle.Communication: You will have to provide early warnings on prospective problems, on-time escalation, effective stakeholder management, etcCreate something new: You will ensure by your support in the project the effective and efficient methodical and process conformal realization.Help shape the future: You will release the preventive quality assurance plan based on your own evaluation of the planned fulfillment of the requirements regarding product/service quality and project targets.Conscientious coordination: You will verify the project compliance to the Product Development Codex and support the project leader in product quality communication to the customer.What distinguishes you Personality: assertive and communicativeWorking practice: proactive and analyticalKnowledge: knowledge in project management (project planning and tracking, risk management), in application of specific quality methods and processes, in process reference models (e.g. ISO, CMMI) as well as in compliance and relevant guidelinesLanguages: good English skills both written and spoken,
