Being a trusted partner to our customers and the industry is built into the foundation of our company and values.When you join our team, you join a truly diverse, global organization in a fast-moving, value-based, work environment where you can learn grow, focus on creating valuable relations with different stakeholders and work with highly-professional teams in an environment where you will be valued, recognised and rewarded.Show More Key responsibilitiesStrategically integrate ESG agenda within Logistics & Services (L&S) procurement categories globally and develop category/sub-category level ESG strategies/plans Be the L&S category focal point for ESG topics and ensure right ESG support ecosystem for L&S categories Collaborate with internal global stakeholders across various ESG functions and within Procurement to develop category level ESG attributes Participate in cross-functional workstreams with a focus to deliver ESG outcomes for L&S categories Drive Project Management activities with result orientation Institutionalise ESG metrics and targets within the category and monitor the ESG performance KPIs Support L&S category/sourcing managers across all OCLs/Areas to address Sustainable Procurement dilemmas / trade-offs by co-ordinating with relevant functional/business/procurement stakeholders Drive Sustainable Procurement compliance for L&S categories Enable and support supplier dialogues on ESG compliance, engagement, and development Champion the Sustainable Procurement agenda within L&S categories through strong advocacy Ensure L&S procurement colleagues have right awareness and knowledge on ESG topics, identify category specific ESG learning needs Participate in industry fora/collaborative platforms as required to bring in best practices and drive knowledge sharing Show More We are looking for5+ years experience in driving supply chain sustainability implementation, preferably within Procurement set-up for a global organisation or related consulting experience Knowledge of ESG topics across working and employment conditions/ health & safety/environment and climate change/business ethics and their application in supply chain Good understanding of Sourcing Concepts & Techniques and Procurement frameworks Experience in Project Management skills Experience of working with Logistics & Services procurement categories is preferable Ability to own and drive initiatives independently with attention to detail and be result oriented Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscape and influence key stakeholders at multiple levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate strategic insights into tangible and actionable plans Excellent communication and presentation skills, and written and oral proficiency in English.
