  • Design and develop ETL solutions using data integration tools for interfacing between source systems and the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Work with the data analysis team to assess and troubleshoot potential data quality issues at key intake points such as validating control totals at intake.
  • Hands-on Experience with large scale, complex data integration and management for a high volume, high availability and performant databases and systems
  • Troubleshoot data issues and defects to determine root cause.
  • Understand Investment performance domain data is a plus
Primary Tools Expertise: ETL, BPM, Big Data, Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory or Synapse Analytics, Java, CDC, Kafka, SQLSecondary Tools Expertise: Azure SQL Database, Spark, Azure DataBricks, HDInsights, Python, Data Quality Tools (Informatica DQ, Oracle DQ, Infosphere DQ), APIs, DevOps Automation Technologies (Azure DevOps, Bamboo, GIT, JENKINS)Primary Technical Skillset:
  • Knowledge and working experience of Senior level ETL Development and administration using ETL Studios, Big Data Platforms
  • Experience working with APIs for deployment and scheduling automation
  • Advanced ETL Development with Big Data and familiar with Spark & Cloud based runtimes
  • Strong experience in integration with Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Data Catalog and Domain Rules driven data management frameworks
  • Experience working with ETL Migration projects, preferred if worked with Mainframe to modern ETL migration projects
  • Experience in core java & SQL for customizing Talend Script
  • Performance tuning of the ETL process and SQL queries, and recommend and implement ETL and query tuning techniques for big data volume.
  • Develop and create transformation queries, views, and stored procedures for ETL processes, and process automations.
  • Nice to have Unix familiarity and shell scripting experience along with Control M Scheduler
  • Nice to have other ETL working experience, preferred in Azure Cloud based ETL tools like Data Lake, Data Factory, HDInsight, Python ETL, Streaming tools like Kafka
