Activities
  • HSEQ objectives to report 1 near miss & to take part in at least one safety moment at the start of meeting
  • Manages CEOs & departments schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences & teleconferences. Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
  • Travel Management : Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
  • Completes requests of any competition/seminars/training in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
  • Studying & preparing reports by collecting information.
  • Summary report based on regular reports - Deviations, target approaching / crossed, Action plans tracking
  • Tracking industry growth vs. + extracts from PPAC report + IAC
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Maintaining Fact Sheet & other historical data.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and Trainings
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintaining Organogram & Employee list with photo & actual Birthday with HR
  • Maintaining Visiting Card & other important correspondence
  • N+1 & group co ordination
  • Working on Special projects & Preparation of High quality presentation decks for Business Reviews
  • Sampark LPG Newsletter to be released on every month on 15th & Publishing an article in Sampark on monthly basis on business highlights
  • Understand way of functioning of Dealers, Distributors & all other Department
  • Develop a set of PPTs tracking sales & business performance + major highlights
  • Plans events and volunteer activities.
  • Keeping track of other divisional & Organizational activities.
