Job Description

    Export managershandle areas of global business such as sales, logistics, and compliance. They are responsible for the logistics of getting the goods to the purchaser in another country and for ensuring the goods meet the required standards of the importing country.
    • Designing and implementing all export strategies.
    • Negotiate and execute contracts with foreign buyers.
    • Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
    • Have in-depth knowledge of exports procedures, custom clearance, Sea Port operations, documentation, CFS operations, transportation.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to export control, sanctions, etc.
    • Managing the inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary.
    • Monitoring all the sales transactions and reviewing all the customer responses for all orders and payments.
    • Prepare reports for senior management on the status of export activities.
    • Supervise a team of export coordinators and other staff.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to export activities.
