Position description This position will be responsible for all the Facilities and Engineering Project support and delivery, primarily in the areas of Civil, Structural and Architectural. This position will be responsible for managing and supporting projects such as new Office Fit-outs, execute Renovations and modifications of current Office spaces and Labs, support Fit-out of New R and D Labs per Intel Design Standards, Manage conversion of spaces to suit the business needs of Office-Labs-Data Centers, knowledge of Electrical and HVAC systems and experience in handling such M and E installation, fabrication works will be an advantage. Candidate will be responsible for Facilities civil and structural projects in terms of modifications and New installation. Candidate will be responsible for delivering projects directly or through the partner General contractor as per the Intel Procurement Process. In addition to Facilities Engineering Projects, this position will assist in Facilities Space Planning works managing the office and Lab planning process with respect to capacity management, analyzing the growth forecasts, supply and demand analysis of office, Labs and other functional areas of Intel India Facilities. Support in Layout Planning, Business unit neighborhood planning, also Manage and support Moves, Adds and Changes as needed. Intel India has Facilities in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi with a total area of approximately 4 million square feet and a headcount more than 15000 employees and India site is key for Intel corporation and expected to have continued expansion and growth opportunities. This position plays an important role in enabling the growth and also focuses on creating transformative employee experience. Intel compliance standards are very high, the expectation of this position is to deliver project complying to Global Standards, Local and International Codes. This position needs to engage with internal business groups to understand their space and infrastructure needs, partner with IFM service provider and General Contractor in ensuring infrastructure solutions are provided. This position is required to monitor utilization of all spaces, re-purpose space for optimal usage working with all the stakeholders. This position will also engage with landlord representatives on lease facility, manage takeover and handover process, also support on any site commissioning and de-commissioning activities.
