Global Finance & Business Management ( GF&BM ) India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan s global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm s Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm s capital. GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main pillars of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The current opening is within Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis Regulatory Reporting in Bengaluru which forms part of the Corporate LOB within GF&BM India. About the TeamThe Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate Finance department of JPMorgan Chase & Co. FRRA is responsible for the execution and delivery of the Firm s regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators. The team is responsible for the design, implementation and execution of end-to-end processes supporting U.S. Regulatory Reporting including Consolidated, Capital, Standalone and Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR)/ Dodd-Frank Act Stress Tests (DFAST) reporting. Additionally, FRRA drives broader strategic initiatives across external reporting including control and governance framework (error and issue management, variance analysis, quality assurance), regulatory reporting training, regulatory exam management, participation in regulator s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and implementation of final regulatory reporting requirement. This role will closely partner with colleagues across Capital Management and Stress Testing, Corporate Finance, Line of Businesses, and Risk functions. Prospect will need to leverage excellent communication skills, agile technical skills and strong understanding of financials to deliver results. Execute the end-to-end production, analysis, and support the submission of the assigned regulatory reports details to the regulators for TIC Reports which collect firms data related to gather timely and reliable information on the levels of, and changes in, U.S. international portfolio capital positions. This information is needed for the preparation of the U.S. Balance of Payments Accounts and the U.S. International Investment Position, as well as for the formulation of U.S. international financial and monetary policies. Primary Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:Reviewing the regulatory reporting instructions periodically to ensure reporting complianceCo-ordinating with relevant stakeholders (data providerstechnology) to implement regulatory reporting requirement changesAggregating submissions from multiple lines of businessesdata contributors and preparing the firm s regulatory reports (Example: Financial Reports such as FR Y-9CFFIEC 031, Risk Reports such as FR Y-15, FFIEC 101102, Country exposure risk, Capital Reports such as FR Y-14A, FR Y-14Q etc.) and executing the relevant controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of the report preparationUnderstand the trends and drivers for the balance movement in the reportsPreparing and maintaining supporting documentation that provides additional granularity or evidences complete and accurate reporting of the regulatory reportPreparation of senior management review regulator s review materialsProvide additional detailsAddress queries as requested by regulators on the submitted regulatory reportPeriodic review, update and comprehensive documentation of process changessystem logic updates that impact the report preparationDocument, track and resolve errors in regulatory reportingParticipate in continuous improvement efforts related to report quality and improvement projects (technology non-technology)Added Advantage: Experience in Business Intelligence applications such as Alteryx, Tableau etc. Experience in Financials applications such as Axiom, SAPPrior Experience in regulatory reportingQualifications:Bachelor s in commerce with relevant experience of 3-5 years (or) CA Post Graduation Master s in accountingBusinessFinance related field with relevant experience of 1-2 years Strong understanding of financial concepts and accountingExperience using Microsoft Office Application Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).Strong analytical skillsStrong inter-personal skills and ability to partner and build relationships with stakeholders (locally and globally)Ability to work independentlyStrong control/documentation mindset with the ability to identify and communicate issues in a timely mannerAdaptability to thrive in demanding and dynamic work cultureSelf-Starter with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; including strong time-management and prioritization skills ,
