    Finance AnalytExp- 2 to 5yearsLocation- Karnataka Bagalkot,Bangalore,Belgaum,Bellary,Bidar,Bijapur,Chamrajnagar,Chikmagalur,Chitradurga,Dakshin Kannada,Davangere,Dharwad,Gadag,Gulbarga,Hassan,Haveri,Kodagu,Kolar,Koppal,Mandya,Mangalore,Mysore,Raichur,Shimoga,Tumkur,Udupi,Uttar KannadaProcessing of trade finance transactionsCustomerDeliver a high quality of service to enhance the Bank s reputation and meet customers expectations.Work in partnership with Relationship Managers, trade product & sales office and as the first point of contact on transaction enquiries and escalate to the seniors where required.Work in partnership with external customers to be the first point of contact on transaction enquiries and escalate to the seniors where required and promote excellent customer service.Work in partnership with other internal counterparts to share information/feedback in order to resolve issuesPeopleWork cohesively as a team memberOther/ControlEnsure the execution of all daily tasks in adherence to Bank/Head Office/Compliance policies and departmental procedures through accurate and timely input.Escalate any unresolved enquiries/issues to the seniors in the team.Carry out standard checks on all transactions prior to execution to ensure they meet the required standards.Support new members of the team by providing guidance and support on the daily processes and procedures to meet the service level agreement to customers.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.Job RequirementAt least 1 year of relevant experience Trade Finance OperationsGood understanding of Trade Finance products including LC issuance and its applicable ICC rulesStrong IT skills (MS Office Applications).Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with both internal & external customers
