Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:Development of firmware in ANSI-CDefinition of test and validation environments.Definition and writing of SW and Firmware specifications.Design functional modules according to requirements/specification.Firmware and Application Software for NFC readers Product families.Unit testing and Debugging.Close interaction with Hardware Development team.Participation in code review, technical reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.Education, Experience & Skill:Masters/Bachelors Degree in Electronics/Computer Science engineering with 8 to 12 years of experience.Must have experience in low level firmware programming embedded systems / low level Drivers such as boot loaders, SPI drivers, UART drivers, RF, embedded RTOS, etc.Excellent C programming skills, exposure to assembly, scripting languages as Perl etc. will be an advantage.Embedded SW design/development (8,16,32 bit platforms, preferably ARM architecture)Experience in using Debuggers.Excellent analytical, problem solving, debugging skills & interpretation skillsExposure to change management / configuration management, bug tracking toolsSelf-motivated, good verbal and written communication.Self driven and proactive.Preferred:Working experience in Identification / RF domainKnow-how of smart card Contact less Proximity Standards such as ISO14443, ISO15693, ISO18092.Near Field Communication Standards.Willing to travel to Europe on need basis,
