Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibility to guide and manage the team to deliver on defined goals within SLAsManage system implementation and change management around adoption of ACBS 8.0This role will also involve certain amount of processing loan transactions.They are expected to maintain the agreed quality for the transactions processed.They should also comply with set guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations.Work as a team to achieve SLAs for the process and individual targets; and work towards process improvement.The person will be involved in key projects related to process re-engineering, designing new functionalities, end user testing and training.Manage partnerships by working closely with cross functional stakeholders across the firm.Qualifications- Graduates with 5 years of experience preferably in banking industry.- Strong understanding of the ACBS servicing platform- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to act on his / her own to solve problems and make decisions.- Ability to interact effectively with various levels of bank personnel.- Strong interpersonal and customer focus.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work with limited supervision, receiving minimum instructions on new assignments.- Ability to work in a team environment and flexible to work night shift.- Strong knowledge of MS-office applications.,
