Job Description

    Walk in Interview for Fraud & Risk Analyst, Hiring Experience forCustomer Service Representative (Transaction Fraud & Risk Analyst)Call / wats app me at hidden_mobileInterview Timing: walk-in only between 9.00 am -12.00 pmRequirements for Transaction Fraud & Risk Analyst:
    • Minimum 1 year relevant Fraud & risk analyst experience (banking sector).
    • Graduation mandatory with convocational certificate / Provisionaldegree certificate.
    • 30% hike on previous salary package (if less than 3.5lpa) and maximumupto 4.5lpa.
    • Flexible with rotational shifts and rotational off.
    • Immediate joiner.
    • Should be located within 25km of radius from the office location.
    • Good communication skill.
    • Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud acrossall payment channels by reviewing customers accounts
    • Monitor debit card fraud alerts daily and take necessary action toprotect customers and the bank
    • Identify fraud patterns through the monitoring of high-risk countriesand merchants
    • Contribute to the creation of fraud rules by providing analytical datato support decisions
    • Ensure information flow and deliverables are met to mitigate fraud byfacilitating weekly calls with external card fraud analyst at processor.
    • Review all alerts from external sources, including Visa Cams, Ficoetc. and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate fraud
    • Accurately document all actions taken on a case
    • Verify activities through sending Potential Fraud Alert e-mails to customers
    • Responsible for reconciling debit card fraud disputes claims with theMaster Fraud Transactions
    • Provide support to the Operational and Business units of theorganization on fraud related matters
    • Regularly prepare reports for the banks Risk Management Organization
    • Responsible for maintaining knowledge of fraud situation in the industry
    • Report risk information and findings to the immediate supervisor in atimely manner
    • Actively participate in team meetings; share information and makesuggestions for improvements to fraud operations
    Key Qualifications & Skills Required:
    • Experienced min 1yrs of experience with Customer Support Experience in
    • Transaction Fraud & Risk Analyst.
    • The candidate should have excellent command over English - fluency in
    • spoken English, customer service skills and high energy levels.
