    • Proficient in FRENCH Language
    • Assist FRENCH-speaking customers with their queries, and concerns via email.
    • Proficient working knowledge on the computer/laptop
    • Good reading comprehension skills and ability to write clear and accurate English & French.
    • To be flexible with shift timings and rotational offs if required.
    • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
    • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
