Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Front-End DeveloperShift Timing: Night Shift (6 pm to 3 am)Location: Remote - ChennaiKey Responsibilities:1. Thoroughly analyze technical requirements, specifications, and user stories to gain a deepunderstanding of project goals.2. Contribute to the development of technical plans and architecture.3. Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of implementing specific features.4. Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript, implement ng features based ontechnical specifications and design documents.5. Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, andproject guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor junior developers.6. Monitor the execute on of development tasks to ensure alignment with the project plan. Iden fy andpromptly address any deviations from the plan.7. Implement and advocate for testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-toend testing.8. Take ownership of project deliverables and timelines.9. Identify and optimize performance bo lenecks in the application, conducting profiling andoptimization to ensure a smooth user experience.10. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation for codebase, APIs, andintegrations.11. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with businessand technical teammates in distributed teams.Requirements:1. 6 years of professional experience in building responsive, user-friendly, and secure webapplications.2. Strong expertise in HTML, CSS skills, including experience with writing semantic HTML tags, CSSframeworks and pre-processors, and an understanding of adaptive/responsive concepts.3. Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side state management.4. Strong experience using best practices when working with REST APIs.5. Proven ability to build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. 6. Experience in developing secure web applications and knowledge of application vulnerabilities suchasCross-Site Scripting (XSS), Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), etc.7. Enthusiastic team player with the ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.Additional Requirements:1. Willingness to work in the night shift (6 pm to 3 am).2. Must have a GitHub account.3. Complete on of a code challenge within a 6-hour timeframe.
