FTE Full Stack Job Description for WSS-WES Bangalore, India 2 | P a g e Position Description To scale their ability to deliver consistently and globally, the Workplace Experience Services Team (WES) under WSS, is seeking individuals to contribute to the development of a large-scale data warehouse (shortly on cloud), leveraging that warehouse to cluster employees into personas and create recommendations for hardware, software, training et al. Shortlisted candidate will be on a mission to make the Analytics team more fact driven by delivering high quality application. We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack python developer to build a platform starting from design, develop, maintain and enhance the application and later build a relational search engine for our complete Data Analytics platform by collaborating with the ML Engineer. The developer is required to have a deep technical understanding of the underlying framework, application functionalities, programming knowledge & APIs. Job Functions/Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for an individual who can take ownership to expand the opportunities as that of a Full Stack Developer Work closely with the Data Scientist, Designers, UI UX researchers, Architects and the Product Owner to build efficient and an interactive application that leverage AI, ML & some ad-hoc queries leveraging the appropriate technology stack Design an application layer and help to build a highly customizable & extensible smart data visualization platform obsessed with customer experience & uncompromised engineering standards Provides guidance in the investigation & solution of complex problems affecting overall architecture No compromise should be done in following the Agile ceremonies starting from backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups up to retrospectives, Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Master s degree in Computer Applications and related technical field with experience on Libraries for Data Science, NLP and Machine Learning Technology 7 years of total experience as a Full Stack Python Developer crafting world class products & experiences to ideate and contribute in all layers of our technology stack including backend services, databases, API and some web-based user interfaces. Therefore, proficiency in Python along with Django, REACT, NODE, Express, Python Script, HTML5, CSS3 is mandatory Brings in a minimum of 5 strong years of experience in using Django/Flask, designing patterns and applications along with the experience as that of Web crawling frameworks like Scrapy & Frontera In depth knowledge on SQL preferably MSSQL, DB2/MongoDB and writing complex queries is mandatory for managing large volume of data Coordinate with the Product Owner & development Team to deliver one stable enterprise software product Self-motivated with exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels Skills Desired Care for the product that is being built and hold a desire for designing incomparable frontend products with sparkling architecture and stunning code Strong knowledge of Financial markets, Institutional Banking & Wealth Management businesses Knowledge on Redux, GraphQL, ReactNative would be added advantage and good to have A desire for architecting solutions that make App UI highly interactive with an ability to identify, debug, quantify and remove performance blockages Strong technical desire to use analytics proactively, leveraging the right tools that are needed to be data-driven in the financial services domain Good eye for detail, value the quality and polish the work collaboratively with the team to produce great results
