Job Description

    Role: Functional Analyst (External)Exp- 4 to 6yearsLocation- BangaloreNp- 15days to ImmediateQlikSense Developer with strong analytical and technical ability with 4-6 yearsexperience in QlikSense Development.Able to work independently, good communication skills, Has experience in working on complex and medium to largeprojects.Roles and Responsibilities :Gathering and analyzing business requirements Designing and implementing performance efficient data models and dashboards.Developing QlikSense scripts and load data from various data sources such as Splunk, ServiceNow, Zabbix etc.Must be efficient in front-end development, complex calculations and know visualization best practices.Must be good at Data transformation, the creation of QVD files and set analysis.Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations Ensuring data integrity and accuracy Optimizing application performance Troubleshooting and resolving issuesCollaborating with other team members and stakeholders (POs, TREs & Domains)Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with new features and best practices in QlikSense.Work with the Product Owner & Business owners to understand the reporting requirementsStrong database designing and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etcUnderstanding of ITSM Practices like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge,CMDB, Asset, Requests, Demand, Availability, Event etc.Understanding of ServiceNow Tools and use to support the ITSM PracticesITIL Foundation Certification would be good.Skillset:GUI developmentScript & Dataviz with QlikSenseIntegrationReportingInformation ManagementSQL and RDMSProblem solving and troubleshooting
