Job Description

*Description:Functional lead will play an active and important role in shaping Schneider Electric s Manufacturing Execution System to the next level of maturity. This is a multi-faceted role for a growing team focused on leading the functional aspects of Manufacturing Executions System within Schneider Electric which is deployed globally and several future deployments are planned. The role would also require lead to actively contribute towards global projects, platform projects & functional enhancements.Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MES platform from functional standpoint by being a face to customer and translating business reequipments into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with global business stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Vendor Management
  • Change Request management by being a SCRUM master
  • Manage SLAs and Critical Incident Management Process
  • Contribute in global projects, platform projects, functional enhancements
  • Drive certification requirements for MES platform
, *Qualifications - EDUCATION: B.e /B Tech (Computer or IT) & MBA, Certifications such as PMP, CPIM, CSCP, CSM will be plusFunctional Skills: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with production process flow & supply chain topics
  • Prior experience in MES (manufacturing Executions System) application will be a plus
  • Strong business analysis exposure and capability to translate those to functional specifications
  • Excellent knowledge and exposure to agile delivery through SCRUM
  • Exposure to Jira or equivalent tools to aid agile delivery
  • Global stakeholder management
Business / Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and with avid passion for people development
  • Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with functional managers on accurate feedback and plan performance development of teams
  • Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources.
