Overall 1014 years of experience with 35 years of experience in implementing solutions based on cloud and onpremises systems Must have performed cloud architect job for a significant volume of application deployment in the cloud Ability to develop a robust design to meet customer business requirement with scalability, availability, performance and costeffectiveness using GCP offerings Ability to identify and gather requirements to define an architectural solution which can be successfully built and operate on GCP Ability to conclude high level and lowlevel design for the GCP platform Hybrid Cloud Platform which may also include data center design as necessary Capabilities to provide GCP operations and deployment guidance and best practices throughout the lifecycle of a project Understanding the significance of the different metrics under the monitoring, their threshold values and should be able to take necessary corrective measures based on the thresholds Must have good knowledge on the networking, subnet, subnet masking, route tables, routing, access control list, NAT and port address translation Indepth knowledge in Google Cloud Platform including but not limited to the following technology areas all different storage options, their fitment in solution and implementation knowledge e.g. o Datastore, Big Query, Cloud storage, Persistent disk o knowledge on IAM, Roles, Projects, Organization o Databases including Big table, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Memory store o Data Analytics Data Flow, Data Proc, Cloud PubSub o Kubernetes, docker, managing containers, container autoscaling and container security o Networking, security, different Load balancing option, VPN Ability to understand the design from the shared design document, and plan for the implementationconfiguration. Implement and Configure end to end all aspects of GCP as per design. Preferred to have GCP certification Expectations Educate teams and customers on topics related to GCP initiatives, architectures, Best Practices, Design Patterns, and industry trends Maintain strong handson skills with the GCP platform and stay current on products, strategies, and best practices Engage on client projects as an advisor to address client questions, make architecture recommendations and support the delivery team on the project Assist with solution planning for new clients and translate business requirements into a technical requirement and design Works closely with ProgramProject manager to oversee all phases of the development life cycle on client engagements, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and support Continue to develop professional and technical knowledge by working with other team members, attending workshops and webinars, reading industry publications, and participating in technology communities Expected to contribute multiple projects at a time.
