Job Description

    • Ability to multitask, ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined deadlines
    • Perform custom work for vendor support, look for ways to standardize when possible
    • Handle complex issues and escalate as needed acting with a sense of urgency
    • Accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of results
    • Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
    • Build and manage the flow of information and data to ensure an accurate output with limited issues and exceptions

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Finance or related field preferred; 3-5 years of related experience
    • Must be detail oriented and deadline driven; ability to work in a fast-paced, structured and team-based environment, as well as independently
    • Proficient in MS Office and capacity to learn new technology/systems
    • Adhere to company policies and guidelines
    • Strong organizational skills and time management skills (ability to prioritize)
    • Team oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with experience delivering presentations
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Highly motivated with an exceptional drive for success
    • Professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness
    • Basic reporting (e.g., daily reporting, weekly reporting, etc.)
    • Maintain T3 user distribution lists referencing access (including regional) by system, e.g., PEX user list, ERW user list, etc.
    • Initiate Global Holiday Calendar Update Request and Gather / Document Requested Changes
    • Monitor terminations (including HR employees) daily and initiate request to remove NGA system access immediately
    • Scan T3 pools and send misdirects back to T2_Gatekeeper (i.e., T3 tickets with incorrect service categories, especially those that are not used by T3 like Service Center, Information/Inquiry, and Internal)
    • Coordinate periodic review/updates of global and regional FAQs with COEs
    • Onboarding of new & maintenance of current NGA agents.
