Our Values : integrity in everything we do | empathy towards all | serve with passion | focused on scale Responsibilities : - Own the entire design and implementation of a project.- Assisting the fundraising team in comprehending a donors requirement- Enabling pre-sales support- Design the program- Create and lead implementation of project- End-to-end management of the donor relationship. Through excellence in project implementation reinforce GiveIndia as the partner of choice for donors. - Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of project as per defined service level agreement- Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects with a keen eye to develop mitigation strategies- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce dashboards for stakeholders- Impact assurance is a cornerstone of every project at GiveIndia. The role prioritizes accurate and timely reporting of impact to all stakeholdersExperience : 4 to 6 years of experience in managing projects, including at least 2 years in leading projects independently.
