Industrial Automation (IA) is in the market globally.This is a Global Content Manager role, reporting to the Global Communication Manager in Business Area - India Operations Centre, Industrial Automation (INOPC IA) located in Bangalore. You will be working with process control platform and IA digital entities to develop and curate content for digital external and internal campaigns, driving digital strategy including media and tools, aligning with the ABB group digital strategy and brand philosophy to raise visibility of Industrial Automation - boost the awareness of business products, solutions, topics and initiatives, and to drive traffic and generating leads for the business.Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with the communications teams to design automated customer engagement templates including segmentation, testing deployment and its execution.
  • Perform testing of emails, landing pages and campaign-related functionalities to ensure proper workflows.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Act as the go-to expert for Salesforce-/Pardot-related topics and issues.
  • Work on initiatives and idea findings for continuous evaluation, optimization, and further of the existing MarTech stack and related processes.
  • Create playbooks and guidelines documenting marketing automation related implementations, campaigns and processes and educate various stakeholders on the MarTech stack.
  • Conduct and evaluate regular campaign performance metrics and reports in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Power BI to derive insights to further improve ongoing initiatives and report to various stakeholders.
  • Apply Google Analytics codes for Pardot-related marketing assets to ensure accurate reporting data in Salesforce & Google dashboards.
  • Execute initiatives to improve data quality, governance and system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with our ABB Salesforce team to support with implementation of new platform features and releases.
Your background
  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud and B2B marketing automation tools such Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot (Pardot certification preferred, but not required).
  • Familiar with Power BI or another data visualization platform like Tableau, Qlick and related standard Database language such as SQL / SOQL.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads (preferred, but not required).
  • Ability and curiosity to learn new tools and skills as needed.
