Job Description

The Senior Copy Writer / Editor is the functional lead for the copywriting team in the Creative Studio. He/She sometimes takes the lead on projects as a writer, but spends a significant portion of his/her time coordinating the work of the team and assessing the science and art of their copy.The candidate works to guide and upskill the copywriting team, stays up to date with and influences guidelines, styles, and trends in our copy and may be called on to judiciously support with copy triage for c-level requestors. He/she has gained an inherent understanding of Schneider s core businesses.Common Qualities- Should be adept in Long and Short format Copy- Brainstorms with the Art partner and pitches ideas to the Studio Head- Must be independent and proactive- Comfortable presenting to senior business leaders in organisation- Experience with B2B marketing/SE industry an advantage- Strong copy sense and craft skills- Strong conceptual skills- Is conscious of developing copy around brand tone- Brings in a cool culture to the teamSoftware KnowledgeMS WordPower point, *Qualifications:Education background: Bachelor degree in creative communication Language: Fluent in English
