Job Description

    The individual would be responsible for leading and driving transformation projects including digital transformation) across Master Data to Pay - Direct and Indirect buying processes. The role also owns and maintains the global process model in line with to ensure mitigation of financial and operational risks. The role specifically includes the following :GPM and Controls/ Stewardship : 1. Developing the end-to-end Global Process Model (GPM) including applicable controls as per Global Financial Control Fremework. Ensure sign-off of GPM byall relevant stakeholders.2. Increase GPM compliance via exception resolution partnering with Operations.3. Accountability for all S2Pautomated controls. 4. Guide the implementation and adoption of the GPM across Procurement, Supplier Operations and third-party service providers.5. Address any Global process design issues identified during external or internal audits.Digital transformation of Master Data to Pay : 1. Lead the digitization of Source to Pay, Master data and Supplier Experience journey. 2. This will involve facilitating choices around technology, integration of process and technology to land a seamless experience with Buyers and Suppliers. 3. Provide leadership, strong governance and change management on the projects, ensuring delivery in-line with expected outcomes around the new tool/process efficiency, effectiveness, and user adoption / experience. The tools in our landscape will include SAP, CLM, Coupa, Pega, Informatica, Spring CM, Ariba, Jaggaer, Data lake products, Microsoft 365, BI and other custom tools built by start-up and by our third-party partners.Land the S2P process transformation : 1. As Supplier Ops lifts & shifts processes from the Market, the OEC team will ensure controls are embedded in the new processes as they are handed over to the 3rd Party. 2. Bring in design thinking and process reengineering on how we recraft our processes to move from a decentralized and disparate set of processes to be centralized, standardized and future fit, to serve our business and the users (buyers, suppliers and employees)Building Capability : 1. The lead will develop/train/hire skills to create SME for the various processes.2. Help the team develop thought leadership, design and project execution capabilities with an eye on strong controls, compliance and customer experience.3. Connect with industry to bring forward looking practices and technology across the gamut of processes in Master data to Pay to create a best-in-class service around all processes.Skills/ Experience :The successful candidate for this role will bring an ideal mix of experience across the core area of Procurement Operations, with some appreciation of allied areas of Finance and Supply Chain. S/he must have managed functions or teams at scale at or similar organisations and must be adept in influencing senior stakeholders. S/he must be innovative in thought process and drive the same culture throughout his/her team.Key skills and proficiencies required for this role are : - Best-in-class academic and professional pedigree in business / functional management- Overall extensive experience in Procurement, Finance/Supply Chain roles, with in-depth knowledge of these functions- Demonstrated experience of end-to-end design/optimization of processes including controls design, and systems integration. A proven thought leader in this space - Lead Digital transformation in procurement space.
