1. Process / Operations The Associate Lead Global Immigration will implement quality standards through checklists and prepare the eligibility matrix. S/he will prepare and deploy SOP / BOK for processing, prepare checklists, supervise operations and ensure the continuous legal status of the employee while onsite in order to ensure defect-free filing of applications. 2. Planning The Associate Lead Global Immigration will prepare reports for the visa model in order to arrive at the number of applications that can be filed in a quarter. 3. Audits & Compliance The Associate Lead Global Immigration will prepare and deploy mechanisms to enforce/track compliance to local immigration regulations. S/he will prepare and conduct audits and collect compliance certificates from external vendors in order to ensure compliance to all laid down immigration regulations. 4. Vendor Management The Associate Lead Global Immigration will collaborate with SP on a regular basis, monitor SLA s and analyze adherence in order to achieve effective vendor management. 5. Customer Interaction The Associate Lead Global Immigration will inform stakeholders of the status of program/initiative/process changes in order to ensure effective communication. 6. Team Management The Associate Lead Global Immigration will conduct training programs in order to improve the knowledge level of the team. Qualified Graduates/Post Graduates with relevant experience in global immigration. Knowledge: Functional knowledge, knowledge on compensation/international taxation, benchmarking metrics, and applicable Immigration laws Skills: Active listening skills, time management skills, multi-tasking skills, and coordination skills.,
