Job Description

*SUMMARY OF JOB:The most important goal is to drive profitable global business growth in Non-IT application space by developing business case for new offers by assesing existing product portfolio gaps, understanding customer s needs, evaluating emerging applications, and collaborating with engineering and driving innovation

  • Study needs from region and customers, market trends, competitor dynamics, technology feasibility, and value proposition with a focus on Non-IT and develop strong business cases to increase revenue and margin.
  • Develop detailed specifications, product and development cost, pricing plan and get handshake with category management/business development on the business case.
  • Develop multi-year product development roadmap and manage Product Life Cycle
  • Follow Schneider new offer launch management and related task fulfilment with project management, regional category management, marketing, commercial team, and regions.
  • Develop good launch plan and sales enablement content in marketing our product value proposition and selling points to incentive Sales/Customers engagement.
  • Engage with Product Marketing to develop best-in-class Digital sales tools, making it easier for our customers to learn, choose and use our products.
  • ODM vendor management and coordination for offer development through regular interaction with external and internal teams, trade-off decisions, objectives setting, and review.
  • Collaborate with Category Management and C&I teams globally to drive GTM initiatives
  • Collaborate with supply chain and assist in demand steering, demand and inventory management
  • Drive global offer quality improvement to increase customer satisfaction
, *EDUCATION MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
  • BS or equivalent degree
  • Degree in Business Management preferred
EXPERIENCE MINIMUM REQUIRED:
  • 10 + years experience in IT, Industrial, Electrical, or other related industries.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Leadership, financially savvy, technically competent.
  • Knowledge of power availability/protection products ideal.
  • Expertise in Price Feature Value Mapping
  • Demonstrated excellence in analytic, strategic and critical thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Skilled at influencing without authority.
  • Being able to think out of the box
  • Systems thinking with outstanding collaborative skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive issue resolution with speed
