Job Description

    Global Payments ManagerOverview :The Global Payments team ensures our employees and contractors worldwide get paid timely and accurately. The team focuses on automating global employee & contractor payments and works closely with International Expansion to implement new payments requirements as they arise. The Team also operationalizes new payment rails and implements comprehensive pay-out solutions.Key responsibilities:- Own global payment execution ensuring payments to employees and contractors are processed accurately and timely- Manage and Build partnerships with payment service providers in the space of cross currency remittance - Serve as escalation point on complex payment issues and ascertain processes are in place to minimize the number of payment processing issues- Drive organizations approach to be competitive and be within the regulatory requirements - Identify & execute on automation opportunities together with Product, Engineering and Automation- Develop tools/metrics and dashboards to track performance of payments metrics- Stay up-to-date with international payments and KYC space - Collaborate closely with other functions of finance teamsKey requirements:- 5+ years of global or regional payments experience, with focus on Operations- Has experience of working with global payments systems, payments service providers and understands the operational nuances - Strong understanding of banking regulations surrounding payment requirements across the globe- Have strong reporting and communications skills - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams - both internal and external - Self-starter and great communication skills- Attention to detail with swift execution Location: Anywhere in the world Start Date : As soon as possible,
