SUMMARY: Working closely with the Global services and delivery teams in support of building out a robust organization to scale, you will lead the Operations and PMO function for global services. Strong operations background required working in a global model to support our data driven model. Your Responsibilities (indicative): Responsible for creating and maintaining a global view of customer health which includes: project status, risks, issues, renewals, timelines on delivery. Prepare reports and host a weekly project status call with key stakeholders and executives across disciplines. Ability to interface with Finance, Engineering, Product, Sales and Delivery to drive results Establish tooling/automation for Delivery Management function. Drive cross-functional Global delivery management across Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, HR, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Sales teams across geographies and regions. Establish a central repository and drive standardization for Delivery Best Practices, Pricing, JDs, RASCI charts, etc. Manage and oversee customer project implementation across products, engagements and programs. Ensure project compliance with Uniphore policies and procedures Analysis of Financial data as it pertains to each project. This includes proper distribution and allocation of resources, the implementation of budget and quantification of monetary risk and impact. Your Qualifiction Strong analytical background Excellent project management skills Good communication skills PMP Certified Knowledgeable of Jira methodology Knowledgeable of SaaS delivery models Knowledgeable of Financial/Accounting models Customer Centric Business Acumen Tech Understanding Collaboration Execution excellence Problem Solving Working with Matrix teams across geographies 15 yrs of experience with majority in PMO (Project Management office) role and the most recent should be a global PMO role, preferably from an organization that has large scale operations working on analytics led solutions, IT Services, Consulting companies etc. Professionals having good experience in: setting up of delivery processes tracking metrics and driving decisions strong planning skills and ability to look forward strong mentoring skills risk assessment should have the ability to work on detailed exec/board level presentations should have good working knowledge of project mgt tools like MS Office Projects Prima vera, Mavenlink etc, ,
