Job Description

    GM/VP - Insurance Renewals/Persistency - Required for a Life Insurance Orgn ! BangaloreOur client is a large Insurance organization, growing rapidly and looking to strengthen their teams with the right hires. They are urgently looking to hire a young leader for their Renewals / Persistency effort. The incumbent will be responsible for:- Responsible for achieving Renewals and Persistency numbers- Primarily responsible for designing and driving campaigns to ensure Renewals targets are met- Conceptualize & implement new initiatives to drive improved Customer Contactability- Able to understand trends in the Fintech space to help increase Digital adoption in renewal payments- Engagement and coordination with sales channels for 13th month- Improvement in Persistency (both 13th as well as 25th Plus)- Increase in In-force Policy countTo qualify for this position, you should:- Preferably have an MBA - Have 10+ years of experience in Sales- Have 5+ years of experience in the Insurance domain- Have 3+ years of experience in Managing Persistency and Renewals business- Have a demonstrable track record on Persistency / Renewals- Have the ability to lead a team / Stake-holder Management- Have good number crunching / analysis skills- Good communication skills- Ready to relocate to BangalorePlease share only if you have relevant experience in Managing Renewals and Persistency in an Insurance Organization.
