    Purpose of the Job
    • For the assigned project, verify safety related application data of U400 Communication Based Train Control system signaling design deliverables at a principle and system level in accordance with the technical constraints, project specific functional, architectural and operational requirements
    • For the assigned project, verify the safety related On-Board ATC data in accordance to the system technical constraints and project specific requirements.
    Responsibilities
    • Perform full verification of U400 CBTC application design data of assigned project in accordance with the standard rules defined by the product team for the U400 CBTC System
    • Perform full verification of signaling inputs used to configure U400 CBTC system for assigned project.
    • Identify and communicate to the System verification Leader for any perceived shortcomings in the design deliverables which has potential to block verification or make it ineffective.
    • Ensure the application and adherence to the reference processes
    • Support system leader by delivering the verification reports for the assigned activities On-time with good quality.
    • Manage technical aspects of System configuration/Application design work products with regards to the verification activity required by the project
    • In accordance with the verification Work Method Statements (WMS), raise change requests for the anomalies identified in design during verification
    • In accordance with the verification WMS, Manage verification reports in the document configuration tools like AEC
    • Liaise with the System Design Leader or Responsible Engineer for the agreement of the anomalies identified in the System design data during verification.
    • Support Project Safety Managers to release the Project safety case authorizing the design data for Dynamic testing/Revenue service by helping them to identify the restrictions for the anomalies identified during the system design verification.
    Skills & Competencies required .
    • Technical knowledge in railway signaling (Priority can be given to the individuals with experience in the CBTC System design)
    • Knowledge and understanding of Indian railway signaling principles.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

    • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
    • Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders of project and other colleagues
    • Ability to perform multitasking
