Job Description

    Position Summary Role and Responsibilities Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the architecture team you will develop performance models and triage to fix performance related issues for a highly efficient mobile GPU.The responsibilities of the team will include:Working closely with the architecture, SW, and design teams to understand the architecture and micro-architecture of the GPU and its units and to triage and fix performance related issuesDevelop tools and methodology to correlate and validate performance models for performance tracking and projectionIdentifying architecture, micro-architecture, and implementation optimizations to improve performance, power, and area of the GPU and its unitsSkills and QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLSMSEE/CE/CS or MSEE with 2 years relevant industry experienceDeep understanding of GPU or computer architecture and micro-architecture conceptsGood understanding of VLSI concepts, HW designPREFERRED SKILLSKnowledge of GPU and Graphics PipelinesKnowledge of GPU graphics and compute workloads including computer vision, image processing, and AIKnowledge of game applications and game rendering engines.Good programming and/or scripting skills (Python is a plus)Good understanding of power/performance trade-offs Skills and Qualifications * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
