Be an anchor for the team; provide solutions to project- related issues and also maintain team harmony. Be a backup for the exec team. Interact with clients for all project- related issues. Interact with vendors when required. Provide valuable inputs to the exec team for setting up the team and expanding it. Escalate appropriate matters to the exec team without delays. Profile Description: 5+ years, with minimum 3 years experience in leading teams and projects, preferably in the content/ documentation/ learning industry. Knowledge of a couple of authoring tools is preferred. Knowledge of any one tool is a mandate. Knowledge and experience of structured authoring including DITA . Very strong grasp on English as a language. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environment . Very strong communication skills. Experience in technology preferred but not a mandate. However, must have a technical bent of mind. Accessibility, transparency, dedication, and belief in the organization are must- have qualities.,
