    Title : Product Marketing - Manager - Paytm for Business (Merchant Growth) About Us: Paytm is Indias leading financial services company that offers full-stack payments & financial solutions to consumers, offline merchants and online platforms. About the team: Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC, Loan. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our Paytm for Business App. About the Role: We are looking for Growth Managers for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you! Key Responsibilities: Responsible for acquisition and activation of Soundbox and QR devices merchants Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Soundboxes and QR devices acquisition and optimize activation Responsible for transaction growth of merchants - both with and without devices Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve frequency and AOV of transactions Own campaigns from end to end - manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, measurement and reporting Monitor and report on performance of these campaigns against agreed KPIs Work closely with product team and define and execute requirements for improving conversion flows and new acquisition programs for merchants on paytm for business app Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and A/B testing as well as qualitative research and customer insights Qualifications: 4-6 years of post MBA experience across growth/revenue/marketing at digital consumer businesses Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools - Appsflyer, Clevertap, Mixpanel etc Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Why join us A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology Improve the average revenue per use by increasing the cross-sell opportunities A solid 360 feedback from your peer teams on your support of their goals Respect, that is earned, not demanded from your peers and manager Compensation: If you are the right fit, we believe in creating wealth for you.
