Within Performance & Advisory we have five towers, collaborating as needed to achieve shared outcomes and shared success: - P&A Account & Portfolio Performance - P&A Forecasting & Planning - P&A Payroll & Cost Optimization - P&A Data Analytics & Storytelling - P&A Investments - P&A Competitor Financials P&A Account & Portfolio Performance is responsible of maximize business performance outcomes by driving actionable solutions across the portfolios and accounts focus on push Growth, Sustained Profitability and Cash-flow health. Be primary finance partner & business advisor providing financial insights for business case development, scenario planning & driving solutions. Lead collaborations across functions & business to optimize outcomes. Manage risk across client portfolio & accounts. Exposure to senior leadership. Manage large complex work effort and innovation mindset. Key Functions: You will be part of the Performance and Advisory- Account and Portfolio Performance team for Growth Markets, working directly with the Industry X Growth Markets Finance Director and supervising the Industry X Growth Markets Finance team, with exposure to Industry X Finance top Leadership Key Functions: You will be part of the Performance and Advisory- Account and Portfolio Performance team for Growth Markets, working directly with the Industry X Growth Markets Finance Director and supervising the Industry X Growth Markets Finance team, with exposure to Industry X Finance top Leadership As part of the P&A Leadership you will Lead the A&PP Industry X Team in Growth Markets Have exposure to Finance top Leadership through the involvement in global Finance actions and initiatives Be ambassador of P&A culture and strategy. Change agent example with innovation at the DNA core, maximizing the power of P&A and the Data Analytics and Storytelling team power Actively contribute to our P&A community What are we looking for Ability to establish strong client relationship Ability to handle disputes Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to meet deadlines Ability to perform under pressure Skills & Work Experience - Confident and comfortable dealing with Finance and non-finance executive leadership - Experience supervising dynamic teams, with focus on developing talent and drive actionable solutions and outcomes - Ability to lead and drive in a fast-paced business environment - Excellent English verbal and written communications skills - Good understanding of Accenture economic model and key Financial Business Outcomes and Financial Systems. Previous experience at FBM, CFM valuated - Strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to build strong networks and collaboration environments - Innovation and constant learning attitude. Knowledge of agile methodologies Key Functions: You will - Support Industry X Growth Markets Leadership with analytics and insights on sustainable profitable growth across the Market through its strategic priorities Contribute to strategic decision making as a trusted advisor. Proactively maximize our Finance advisory role partnering with business to drive vale through actionable solutions based in an impactful Storytelling Demonstrate strong business knowledge and oriented to Industry X Growth Markets Finance Director in driving sustainable revenue growth while optimizing profitability liaising with the Industry X Finance Teams to drive actions and outcomes in an agile approach Analyze and drive actions on pricing and cost to serve levers for margin expansion YoY, monitor and help drive YoY improvements in Won margins and COPQ Anticipate and focus on predictability based on actuals analysis with high integration and collaboration with A&PP teams across Market Units as well as with all towers within P&A, including working closely with the Forecasting & Planning, Payroll & Cost Optimization, Investments, Competitor Financials and Data Analytics & Storytelling Teams across P&A organization Roles and Responsibilities In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach Some latitude in decision-making in involved you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts ,
